Reachable patients
Dormant patients are multiplied by the clinic-entered Telegram reach percentage.
Reactivations
Reachable patients are multiplied by the selected reactivation rate. This is a scenario assumption, not a guaranteed result.
Recovered revenue
Estimated reactivations are multiplied by the clinic-entered average visit value. This represents forecast opportunity, not collected payment.
Net benefit
The displayed service fee is subtracted from forecast recovered revenue. Taxes, provider costs, cancellations and clinical capacity constraints are excluded.
