How Farzin AI handles consultation and clinic data.
Consultation requests
We collect clinic name, contact name, phone number and preferred day to respond to a requested consultation. Requests are retained for up to 90 days.
Clinic and patient data
Patient data is processed only after a clinic agreement is signed. Clinic records are retained for the contract term and up to 30 days for export, conversations for 24 months, and encrypted backups for 35 days.
Service providers
Infrastructure, messaging, monitoring and payment providers process only the data required to deliver their service. The applicable subprocessors are confirmed in the signed clinic agreement.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion through the clinic responsible for your data or the contact below. Legal retention duties may limit immediate deletion.
